Shipping
All orders shipped Priority Mail in the United States at no cost to the buyer. Charges for Overnight UPS shipment appear in the shopping basket.
Overseas Orders
Each foreign order must be arranged via email and paid for by money order. Cost of shipping overseas orders is not included in the price.
Warranty
There is a no-questions refund or replacement guarantee for 60 days after purchase for knives still in reasonable condition. Should a Ken Warner knife malfunction or fail in use before then or thereafter, we will adjust the matter to satisfaction, judging case by case. We do not undertake warranty service on Blackjack knives.
